3H Offers a 5 Year Warranty
3H Communication Systems is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products that meet and exceeds our customer’s expectations. Products manufactured by 3H are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 5 years (passive products) and 1 year (active products). 3H Warranty starts at time of shipment. 3H is not responsible for improper/mishandling use, including operation beyond the specified requirements as agreed to by 3H and the customer. 3H reserves the right to repair or replace defective hardware. Additional warranty terms can be designated at time of quote. No returned hardware will be accepted without an RMA number (Returned Material Authorize). Please contact 3H for RMA number. Page 31
